Welcome to the Virginia Palomino Association website!

As a state affiliate of the Palomino Horse Breeders of America (PHBA), the Virginia Palomino Association (VPA) exists to promote & represent the PHBA registered palomino horse, particularly in the commonwealth of Virginia.

What is VPA? The Virginia Palomino Association [VPA] is the Palomino Horse Breeders of America [PHBA] affiliate in Virginia. VPA is a non-profit organization, incorporated in the commonwealth of Virginia. In short, the purpose of VPA is to promote PHBA registered palomino horses, particularly in the Virginia area.
How does VPA promote palomino horses? Come to a palomino show! Not only will the horses, themselves, impress you with their talent & beauty but you'll also be welcomed by a friendly atmosphere,- a key trait of all PHBA functions! Watch for other acitivites (organized trail rides, open horse shows, clinics, etc.) on the calendar, too!
Who are VPA members? Residents of Virginia are automatically enrolled into VPA upon becoming members of the national organization, PHBA. (Your PHBA dues are inclusive of your state affilite dues.) PHBA members living in neighboring states that don't have affiliates may declare VPA as their affiliate, too. Out-of-state residents are also welcomed to join VPA as associate members for an additional fee.

Please shop online at Country Supply! You can get great prices on your horse care items & help the Virginia Palomino Association, all at the same time! Just enter "vpa" in the code box at checkout & VPA will receive the monetary value of up to 5% of your order. That's a win-win deal!!! Thank you!

We would like to let everyone know, if you hadn't heard, that our 2006 President, Bruce Pfaff, suffered a severe horse related accident. He's presently in rehab. All thoughts and prayers for Bruce and his family would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
